Dash X is a brand owned and operated by Vieroa Living. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • The product is in the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products purchased under final sale, clearance, or special discounts (if applicable)
  • Any item returned without prior approval
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue
  • Order details (Order ID, contact information)

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, email us at help@shopdashx.com with your order details
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  • In applicable cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our address
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

Please note that shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • You may be required to share your bank details securely for processing
7. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • You may still initiate a return after delivery, subject to our return policy
8. Important Notes
  • Dash X reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be declined
  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice
