Shipping Fee

We have different postage standards for different regions, and the postage will vary according to the logistics cost.

For remote areas, the postage is subject to the actual accounting by the logistics party.

When Will I Receive My Product?

Order processing normally takes 1 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is normally delivered within 3–5 business days after receiving the order, except during holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. In general, you will receive your product in around 7 days.

Important Note

We do not take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received if the tracking status shows that the package was delivered on the carrier’s website. Once the carrier website shows the “Delivered” status, our shipping responsibility is considered fulfilled.
