- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external conditions
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time for delivery

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout

- In case of re-shipping due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply

- If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us
- In such cases, re-delivery may be arranged upon request and may involve additional charges
