Dash X is a brand owned and operated by Vieroa Living. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty services are provided.

1. Warranty Duration

All eligible products purchased from Dash X come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal usage conditions during the warranty period.

2. Warranty Registration (Mandatory)

To activate your warranty, registration is mandatory within 48 hours of delivery. You can register your product through:

  • The QR code provided inside the product box
  • The official Dash X website

⚠️ Important: Failure to register the product within 48 hours will result in the warranty being void and non-claimable.

3. What is Covered Under Warranty

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product
  • Internal component failures under standard usage conditions

If a defect is confirmed, Dash X may choose to repair or replace the product at its discretion.

4. What is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage (drops, breakage, cracks, etc.)
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Accessories, add-ons, or complimentary items provided with the product

Any damage falling under these conditions will not be eligible for warranty claims.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at help@shopdashx.com
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Registered email/phone number
    • Clear images or videos showing the issue
    • Description of the problem
  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

If approved, you may be required to:

  • Ship the product to our service center, or
  • Allow us to arrange a pickup (if applicable)
6. Repair / Replacement Terms
  • Products found defective under warranty may be repaired or replaced based on evaluation
  • Replacement will be subject to product availability
  • In case of replacement, the new product may be the same or an equivalent model
  • Warranty period will continue from the original purchase date (not reset)
7. Important Notes
  • Dash X reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval
  • Claims with incomplete information or insufficient proof may be rejected
  • Shipping or handling charges may apply in certain cases
  • This warranty is applicable only for purchases made through official Dash X channels
